Designed especially for Teachers of all subjects, the Intel® Teach Program extends learning beyond the classroom with an engaging, project-centered approach.
The program implemented in Egypt by IT-Blocks in collaboration with the Ministry of Education to train 60,000 Teachers a year; our goal is to change the role of teachers using Project based Approach and Technology to enhance the teach learn equation in the classroom The program emphasizes curriculum development that aligns to standards and promotes higher-order thinking using Curriculum-Framing Questions, authentic project tasks, effective instructional strategies, and performance assessment.

Designing Effective Projects provides a foundation for good planning and supports Teachers in developing Their own project-based units from scratch.

Project Impact:

In the past 5 years IT-Blocks helped Intel & the MOE in Egypt to train More than 470,000 Teachers 80,000 Teachers every year. To be able to Train this number IT-Blocks Held TOT training Sessions and workshops for 800 trainer each year all over Egypt. IT-blocks Established A Facebook Page for all trainers to meet together and share the training Experience solve problems … etc. IT-Blocks Designed a competition for teachers who succeeded in implementing the PBL & Technology way of teaching in the class accompanied with their Trainers. This competition ends with a festival attended by the Minster of Education to distribute Medals of honor, certificates & gifts to those teachers. Over 250 teachers receive the medal of honor of PBA every year.

Project activities:
